All orders, irregardless of size, take a minimum of (2) business days to be cut and packaged.
From there it takes approximately (5) business for your order to be delivered.
Please remember that weekends and holidays do not count towards this number.
Orders 150 yards or under will typically ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
Orders over 150 yards will usually be shipped via truck. We are always shopping around for the most competitive shippers so the trucking company will vary depending which trucking company is providing the best rates rates to your location. You will be given a "Pro Number" once it ships. Please provide us with a good contact number for the delivery driver as they typically do not make the delivery unless they can confirm that someone is at the shipping destination to accept the order.

Please keep in mind, that with Next Day Air and Second Day Air- these orders will ship out after processing and packaging is complete.
Commercial wallpaper needs to but cut down off a master reel to package and ship. Processing and packaging takes 2 business days with very few exceptions. Once this step is complete, it will be shipped out with the shipping preference indicated.
Expedited costs vary depending on the quantity being orders AND the destination they are being shipped to. Please contact us for a custom quote if you need your order expedited.
We can also expedite any sample order but you need to let our staff know your wishes and we will make every attempt to satisfy that request.
Backorders/Lead Times
With the exception of quick ship collections, lead times are common with commercial wallcoverings. Please contact us to check stock on any specific pattern.
Lead times will either be 3-4 weeks or 5-6 weeks depending on which factory the material is being produced.
We do our best to notify you of any delays or discontinued items just as soon as we get the information from the factory. We recommend that you wait until you have received your entire order before scheduling installation with your wallpaper hanger.
Remember that delays can happen. We try to provide you with an estimated shipping date and arrival, however, we cannot be held responsible for production and shipping delays.
Shipping Policy Overview:
- Shipping lead time is generally 6-7 business days.
- Weekends and holidays, major and minor, do not count towards that number.
- Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipment require a custom quote as these states and territories cost 1-2x the cost of typical deliveries made in the 48 contiguous states.
- We can ship samples to PO Boxes. We cannot ship actual orders to PO Boxes.
- Sample orders placed are shipped via USPS.
- Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only, and in no event shall Commercial Wall Decor be liable for any delay in delivery or assume any liability in connection with shipment. All Products shall be delivered F.O.B. CWD's place of shipment. Shipment costs shall be prepaid by Buyer if requested by CWD.
- All sales are final unless there is a defect in the material. You have (7) business days to submit a claim from the date your receive your order. Any claims after (7) business days will be rejected.
